About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Prodensa Group s.r.o. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction activities of high-tech industrial projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Oversee construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and approve construction progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure effective communication with project stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  • Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings to ensure project progress and address any concerns.
  • Engage in site inspections and acceptance inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Record and track defects, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing project delays.
Requirements
  • Relevant education in construction, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Good knowledge of building codes, laws, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time, as required.
  • Independent and service-oriented way of working, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
