Key Responsibilities:- Oversee critical performance indicators including sales, return rates, and personnel expenses
- Facilitate the onboarding of new staff, mentor apprentices, and nurture employee development while recognizing talent and encouraging internal training programs
- Guide your team as a store leader, promoting a supportive workplace culture
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards within the store
- Serve as the communication bridge between the store team and upper management
- Educational background in business management, ideally with experience in sales, the food sector, or hospitality
- Proven track record in sales, team leadership, or retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process enhancement
- Experience in workforce scheduling and managing related performance metrics
- Attention to detail in product presentation and a high degree of customer service orientation
