About the Role

Randstad Professionals Italia is seeking a highly skilled EHS&Q Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Provide regular assessments of risk factors related to health and safety at work, as well as significant environmental aspects, and develop preventive and protective measures to mitigate these risks.
  • System Implementation and Maintenance: Ensure the effective implementation, management, and maintenance of our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.
  • Training and Development: Plan, implement, and monitor our annual HSE Training Plan and Improvement Plan to ensure our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Incident Investigation and Management: Manage investigation processes related to EHS&Q incidents in accordance with our Group rules.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinate EHS&Q contractors' management, including reviewing documents and legal requirements, coordinating documents, and performing site audits and inspections.
  • Performance Data and Statistics: Assist in the collection, monitoring, and distribution of relevant EHS performance data and statistics at both global and local levels.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualification for IMS audits (according to ISO 19011) and NEBOSH Diploma or H&S degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in wind and solar energy sector, managing safety compliance with Construction sites legislation, and professional knowledge of English.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within the GE, as well as less frequent visits to other European countries.
