Role Overview

If you are enthusiastic about enhancing digital healthcare in Germany, this position offers a range of engaging responsibilities and opportunities for creativity.

Your Responsibilities

- Execute systematic evaluations of the latest medatixx practice software to ensure quality before updates.
- Create test scenarios for the software in a simulated clinical environment.
- Simulate standard procedures typical in a medical office during testing, including the entry of patient data.
- Document test results, track error reports, and ensure follow-up until issues are resolved.
- Collaborate effectively with software developers and testers in a team environment.

Your Profile

- Completed training as a medical assistant, practice manager, or equivalent qualification in the healthcare field.
- Ideally, possess a strong understanding of digital workflows in medical practices and experience with practice management software.
- Familiarity with the German healthcare system and knowledge of KV billing processes is advantageous.
- Demonstrate high quality standards and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficient in the German language.
