Job Description

M&R Recycling Solutions GmbH, a leading company in the recycling industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Recycling Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure electronics scrap and non-ferrous metal mixtures from various recycling processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers in the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor market trends and product prices, and provide data analysis to support business decisions
  • Optimize internal logistics and supply chain processes
Requirements
  • Completed training as a merchant in wholesale and retail trade or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in purchasing and sales, preferably in the recycling or waste management industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to work independently
