Job Title: Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)

M&R Recycling Solutions GmbH, a leading company in the recycling industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maschinen- und Anlagenführer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our recycling facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain various recycling equipment and machinery
  • Transport and handle materials safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field (e.g. electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering)
  • Proven experience in operating and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
