Job Description: Vehicle Painter - Premium Vehicles

• Inspection and Preparation: Meticulously inspect vehicle surfaces to identify any imperfections or areas requiring attention. Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Expert Painting Techniques: Execute precise and professional vehicle painting techniques, ensuring flawless coverage and a smooth finish. Utilize specialized equipment and tools to achieve optimal results.
• Color Matching and Effects: Demonstrate proficiency in color matching and the ability to create custom paint effects. Independently mix paints to achieve desired shades and textures.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality control standards throughout the painting process. Evaluate work results, ensuring adherence to specifications and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a vehicle painter with proven experience in premium vehicle refinishing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality workmanship.
