Automotive Refinisher

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Refinisher to join our team at bindan GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes on vehicles, working closely with our customers to meet their expectations.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Mix and apply paints and coatings according to specifications
• Apply basecoats, clearcoats, and specialty coatings by hand or using a spray gun
• Perform finish work and painting of vehicle components such as body panels, doors, and bumpers
• Inspect and test paint finishes to ensure quality and make any necessary repairs
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards in the paint shop

• Completed training or certification as an Automotive Refinisher or equivalent
• Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques
• Attention to detail, precision, and a keen eye for quality
• Teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
• Strong communication skills in German
