Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide supportive care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care, including assistance with toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Help with household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
- Support clients with their medication regimen, as needed
- Assist with transfers and mobility, as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
