We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Tracking Specialist to join our central marketing team in Berlin. As a key player in our data-driven marketing team, you will be responsible for owning multiple Delivery Hero brands' website and app tracking & analytics for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, configure, manage, monitor, and debug Google Analytics GA4 & Adjust accounts.
- Create and implement tracking plans to capture relevant user behavior data (new events, new parameters) for Google Analytics 4 and Adjust.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure that tracking is working properly.
- Query GA4 data in Big Query and analyze it via Reporting/Dashboarding tools (e.g. DataStudio/Looker).
- Coordinate projects across product, marketing, and BI teams, manage stakeholder interests, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, blockers, and ensure the execution of a well-coordinated project plan.
- Become the main point of contact for any tracking-related questions.
- Document and share tracking knowledge across various departments.
- Completed studies in engineering, data analytics, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related course.
- At least 3+, ideally 5 years of professional experience with Google Analytics 4, Adjust (or Appsflyer), Google Tag Manager, Big Query, and cookie consent management.
- Excellent pattern identification and outlier detection skills, with the ability to generate insights from data.
- Experience with app tracking and MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, etc.
- Good knowledge of paid advertising and experience with tracking snippets for Google and Meta.
- Advanced knowledge in definition, roll-out, and implementation of tracking concepts across multiple platforms (web/app).
- High affinity towards eCommerce.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Team player with a high level of collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Business fluent in English.
