Teamlead Category Structure Specialist

About the Role- You'll work closely with the Head of Supplier Content and Data Management to lead your Category Structure Team and collaborate with colleagues to improve and maintain the Visible Taxonomy.
- You'll lead a growing team in achieving their goals: creating and maintaining a consistent, multilingual, B2B-oriented category structure.
- You'll oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within your team and share knowledge across the company, highlighting the relevance of category structure and creating understanding within the organization.
- You'll provide constructive feedback to support team development and promote skill growth and professional development.

- A degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Journalism, Humanities, Information Management, or Library Science, or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of experience in team leadership or management.
- Desirable: several years of experience in taxonomy administration and metadata modeling, operational experience in category system design.
- You strive for top performance in both work results and personnel management.
- Maintaining high standards with a focus on quality, reliability, and availability.
- Weighing between short-term business demands and long-term quality.
- You speak German at a native level and have good English skills in writing and speaking. Additional language skills are an asset (especially French, Spanish, Italian).
