(Senior) Consultant - Cyber Security in Financial Services

Your Responsibilities

  • Advise our clients on the establishment and implementation of cybersecurity and information risk management frameworks to ensure preparedness against threats and disruptive changes.
  • Utilize your knowledge of IT and compliance requirements specific to financial services firms, guiding them in the innovative and technology-driven execution of robust, forward-looking processes, automation, and IT tools.
  • Maintain composure in the face of unexpected events, developing effective business continuity and IT service continuity strategies and processes.
  • Facilitate collaboration between financial institutions and their service providers, including hyperscalers and other IT vendors, through the design of sourcing strategies and comprehensive risk management.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, tackle complex challenges, and take on early responsibilities within an international environment, collaborating with prominent players in the financial services sector.
  • Work closely with our clients to create tailored, tool-based solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
  • Possess foundational knowledge in at least two of the following areas: xAIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001, information security management, business continuity management, IT service continuity management, and third-party risk management.
  • Demonstrate results-oriented work ethic with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Think outside the box and explore innovative pathways.
  • Bring initial expertise and a desire to deepen your knowledge through certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, ISO 27001).
  • Have project management experience and a strong understanding of processes and their interconnections.
  • Ideally, possess theoretical or practical knowledge of common cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance tools (e.g., ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira).
  • Have an interest in the application of AI and its potential for improvement.
