Position Overview

This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions within a rapidly expanding SaaS company that prioritizes both its workforce and clientele. This role serves as a potential stepping stone for a flourishing career in sales at a leading global enterprise cloud platform specializing in Finance and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Brand Visibility & Propel Growth:

  • Collaborate across departments to assist in demand generation strategies and account management aimed at fostering business expansion.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing materials; work alongside various teams to brainstorm and develop innovative demand generation tactics and multimedia content.
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns and events in conjunction with the sales teams.

Assist Sales Leadership and Strategic Initiatives:

  • Help manage sales programs, including essential cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal communications, such as regional meetings.
  • Contribute to sales training and enablement efforts.

Engage with Clients and Drive Success:

  • Prepare for client meetings by conducting relevant research and developing workshop materials.
  • Assist in drafting and refining client-facing proposal documents.
  • Support and organize internal discussions regarding strategic opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a university or applied sciences institution, focusing on business informatics, business administration, marketing, media design, psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for comprehending intricate processes.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and solution-focused work ethic.
  • Capability to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and German (business level).
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite; experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is advantageous.
