Job Overview:

ila-solution GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Processing Inventory: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and accuracy, and process inventory into our system.
  • Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including shelving, labeling, and rotating stock to ensure easy access and minimal waste.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with our warehouse team to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the warehouse.
