Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Team Member to join our team at Saittavini in Düsseldorf. As a Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation
  • Manage tables and ensure prompt service, handling orders and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and spirits
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
