Our tech team is fully established – a complete stack engineer, designer, QA specialist, and product manager are already working on the platform. You will join a team that is ready to build and scale.
We have 9 months from the initial investment to grow quickly.
Our AI-based solution aims to revolutionize the German labor market – individuals help scale their careers, earn more, and be happier, while employers gain access to Germany's world-class talent.
What You Will Do:As a strategic HR leader, you will oversee all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition to HR process management. You will help build a culture of innovation and growth.
You will design and implement a customer service framework that ensures our customers have a seamless experience. Your goal is to help our customers maximize the potential of our AI solution.
You will collaborate with the sales/marketing co-founder to understand customer needs and develop support measures that drive sales.
You will have autonomy and innovation – you will have the freedom to introduce new processes, introduce new processes, and take full responsibility for HR and customer service functions. No hand-holding – you will be at the helm.
What We Seek:We are looking for someone with:
- Fluent German: native language or fluent German with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 3-5 years of experience: solid background in HR management and customer service, ideally in the tech or SaaS sector.
- Customer-oriented mindset: you understand customer needs and how to create an exceptional experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you are proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic about building processes from scratch.
We offer:
- Compensation package:
- Base salary of €5,000 per month plus performance-based bonuses:
- At every €10,000 in revenue, you will receive €750 extra, until the company reaches €100,000 MRR (which will bring your salary to €12,500 per month).
- At revenues of €100,000 to €200,000 MRR, you will receive €500 per €10,000, which will bring your salary to €17,500 per month at €200,000 MRR.
- At revenues of €200,000 to €1,000,000 MRR, you will receive €250 per €10,000, which will bring your salary to €37,500 per month at €1,000,000 MRR.
- At revenues over €1,000,000 MRR, you will receive €100 per €10,000, which will cap your salary at €100,000 per month.
- Equity: 15% equity, giving you a significant stake in the company.
- Influence and autonomy: a key role where you will have immediate influence and help shape the company's future.
