Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop e-beam systems tailored for semiconductor process optimization
- Establish technical specifications for electron optical elements
- Perform simulations, modeling, and thorough performance evaluations
- Evaluate new components and prototypes, facilitating product introductions
- Work closely with a diverse team of professionals
- Engage in continuous improvement of product performance
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Physics (Ph.D. preferred) or equivalent qualifications
- Familiarity with electron microscopy techniques (SEM/TEM)
- Experience in the development of particle beam systems is a plus
- Knowledge of (ultra-)high vacuum and/or high-voltage systems
- Enthusiasm for tackling both experimental and theoretical challenges
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Innovative and results-oriented mindset
- Strong initiative and organizational capabilities
- Enjoyment in working within an international, interdisciplinary team
