Key Responsibilities- Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical mentorship to the DevOps and Backend Development teams, ensuring the use of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices.

- Professional Experience: Over 8 years of experience in Infrastructure and Software Engineering, with a proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality software products across various technologies.
- Domain Expertise: Proficient in highly-scalable microservice backends developed in Go, with exceptional skills in building modern cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with various cloud services, including networking, instances, databases, logging, and monitoring, as well as principles of container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation, alongside CI/CD tools such as GitLab and GitHub.
- Database Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of various databases and their operational principles, including SQL, document-based databases, distributed databases, and big data analytics databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elastic, Druid).
- Project Management Skills: Ability to align team efforts to achieve goals, including planning, monitoring progress, addressing blockers, and managing dependencies.
