Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) at Finance Elements GmbH

As the Customer Service Manager at Finance Elements GmbH, you will be instrumental in establishing and executing service protocols to guarantee that our clients receive exceptional experiences. Your role will involve regular analysis of client feedback and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and to perpetually refine operational processes. Leading and inspiring a committed service team is vital to uphold service excellence and foster enduring client relationships.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through proficient communication and resolution of client inquiries and challenges
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at the continuous enhancement of service quality and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate and communicate regular service updates in close partnership with clients and service providers
  • Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that services fulfill expectations, utilizing key performance indicators
  • Facilitate and conduct regular discussions with clients and service partners
  • Record pertinent communications, data, and information in our project management system
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in telecommunications, consulting, and service sectors, particularly with a focus on technological solutions
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in both German and English
