Ihre Aufgaben:
Als IT Integration Specialist sind Sie maßgeblich an der Zusammenführung von IT-Systemen und -Prozessen nach Unternehmensakquisitionen beteiligt.

Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen:
  • Durchführung umfassender Analysen der bestehenden IT-Systeme der akquirierten Unternehmen, um Herausforderungen und Synergien zu identifizieren.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, um einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Integration zu gewährleisten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Implementierung von Veränderungsprozessen, einschließlich Schulungen für Mitarbeiter.
  • Migration und Integration der Systeme in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren IT-Teams, um eine nahtlose Anpassung der neuen Mitarbeiter zu gewährleisten.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der deutschen und englischen Sprache.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Systemen, Anwendungen und Netzwerken.
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse von IT-Systemen und Entwicklung von Integrationslösungen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Skript- und Programmiersprachen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise in einem hybriden Team.
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen zu verschiedenen Standorten.
