**About the Role**
Eleven Eleven is partnering with a successful Casual Mobile Game Studio to find an experienced Lead Game Economy Designer. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset and be able to create economy models that facilitate new features and event creation while maintaining a healthy game economy.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Leverage data to ensure engaging, long-lasting, and fun player experiences
* Collaborate with LiveOps, Game Analysts, Customer Care, Data Scientists, and Feature development teams to assess trends in the game economy
* Manage a small team of Economy Designers
**Requirements**
* At least 6 years of relevant design and live-ops experience in a lead role
* Experience setting up and expanding a game economy to support expanded feature sets and live ops events
* Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet use for balancing, monitoring, and LiveOps tools
