Game Economy Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Economy Designer to lead our team in designing and developing a unique and innovative reward system for our players.
About the RoleThe Reward Economy Lead will be responsible for designing and managing the rewarding and earning experience for our players, forecasting player behaviors, and creating and analyzing A/B tests of rewarding and earnings logic changes. This role requires a strong understanding of numerical simulation methods, economic modeling, and quantitative analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage the rewarding and earning experience for our players
- Forecast player behaviors and create predictive models to anticipate the impact of logic changes
- Develop and analyze A/B tests of rewarding and earnings logic changes
- Collaborate closely with Product and Game Design teams to balance and design new features
- Monitor individual and overall player balances to maintain the stability of the ecosystem
- 3+ years of experience working in the field of game economy
- Strong understanding of numerical simulation methods and their applications
- Proven experience in economic modeling and quantitative analysis
- Strong understanding of behavioral economics and motivational theories
- Experience in predictive analytics, segmentation, and related areas
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex economic concepts
