Job Title: Project Manager Clinical Supply Systems
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Ludwigshafen. As a Project Manager Clinical Supply Systems, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of training documents, implementation of system training for new employees, and process mapping for external partners in CSM IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of training documents and implementation of system training for new employees in the CSM IT system
- Responsibility for process mapping for external partners in CSM IT systems through the independent administration of master data management in accordance with requirements and information from various sources
- Responsible for processing inquiries and solving problems regarding the functionality of the CSM IT systems as well as troubleshooting at interfaces to external partners; from root cause analysis to problem solving
- Developing optimization proposals for cross-departmental work processes with the aim of improving efficiency and cost structure
- Researching and collecting statistics and KPIs as well as creating reports with the aim of process optimization in the respective departments
- Creating and updating global SOPs, work instructions and training documents in the area of Clinical Supply Management in relation to IT systems
- Evaluation of change processes and coordination of required activities
- Communicating with global users to discuss requests and problem solutions
Requirements:
- Succesful Bachelor's or Master's degree with sound professional experience in drug development or in the GMP/GCP area
- Experience in working with IT systems and IT affinity required
- Experience in programming and scripting is an advantage
- Understanding of database setup and usage and good SQL skills
- Understanding of Jaspersoft or similar reporting tools
- Customer-oriented way of working
- Understanding and good knowledge of compliance in a regulated environment
- Good communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
