Customer Operations Intern

Your role within the Customer Operations Division offers a unique opportunity to acquire insights and experience across various functions and business processes at TI, encompassing areas such as Sales, Planning, Logistics, Receivables, Credits, and Asset Management.
The Customer Operations team is dedicated to removing obstacles and fostering business expansion by ensuring optimal demand coverage and proactive order management with clients and sales teams. This internship will enable you to grasp the order-to-cash process at Texas Instruments while allowing you to take charge of a project aligned with your academic pursuits.
Our focus is on logistics operations and supply/demand management. We aim to meet annual revenue targets by ensuring optimal backlog coverage and proactive order management. This involves analyzing and comprehending processes, as well as enhancing them through automation and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related business discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient English language skills are beneficial.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP and Business Objects is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
