While our clients' central teams manage their SAP global templates, they require a reliable partner who can navigate local legal requirements, collaborate with local teams for fit/gap analysis, and implement necessary adjustments effectively. Our offices serve as strategic hubs for managing projects across Latin America, leveraging local expertise and an average of 20 years of SAP experience to ensure successful project execution.
Your Responsibilities- Engage in rollout, localization, enhancement, and implementation projects for SAP with both national and international clients.
- Direct and oversee multiple SAP projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones.
- Create comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, timelines, resource distribution, and budget oversight.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Track project advancement, identify potential risks and challenges, and deploy effective strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Lead project meetings, including progress updates, stakeholder evaluations, and retrospective sessions.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables meets or exceeds established standards.
- Guide a team of specialists to achieve SYNSERO Group's strategic objectives.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a demonstrated history of managing large-scale multinational projects and/or multiple concurrent projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and technologies, with experience in managing SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Familiarity with localization in Latin America and S/4 projects is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective collaboration with diverse multinational teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with various project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate).
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
