Your Future Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute a thorough compliance program to guarantee adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and sustain the Delos Cloud Multi-Compliance Framework, integrating it into the broader Management System landscape and Enterprise GRC strategy.
- Provide support and guidance to Delos Cloud functional units during the implementation of the Multi-Compliance Framework.
- Stay informed about legislative and regulatory changes that may affect the company's operations, updating the compliance framework accordingly and communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the Delos Cloud Policy Framework, emphasizing a Multi-Compliance approach with a strong focus on IT Security.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the entire policy framework and related documentation, including standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to formulate and revise policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the Delos Cloud Policy SharePoint and oversee framework release management.
Profile & Required Skills
- Strong understanding of compliance auditing practices and methodologies, such as ISAE 3000, SOC 1/SOC, ISO 22301.
- Extensive knowledge of Management Systems with an integrated approach, including ISO ISMS, ISO 9001, ISO ENMS, and BSI Standards.
- Solid understanding of German IT Security laws and regulations (BSI IT-Grundschutz, C5, ISO 27001), strategies, processes, and services.
- Proven experience in drafting and maintaining policies based on official regulations.
- Focus on process development, quality, and results.
- Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of IT Processes and the underlying policies.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, GCFA, GCIH, GCIA, GNFA, GREM, GCCC, or Security+ are advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- EU citizenship.
Work Experience
- Over 5 years of professional experience in Compliance (IT Audit, Governance, Risk, Compliance, IT Operations), risk management, and policy management.
- Experience in (security) operations and coordination of contracted third-party resources.
