With a rich history in childcare, we manage 24 kindergartens throughout the Wesel region. Our philosophy emphasizes addressing the unique needs of each child and promoting inclusivity through Open Work methodologies.

Position Overview

We invite you to join our team at Kindergarten Katharinenstraße in Dinslaken as a Head of Early Childhood Education (m/w/d) in a full-time capacity.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing a five-group daycare facility catering to children from four months to school age
  • Guiding and mentoring the staff within the establishment
  • Working in close partnership with the organization's administration
  • Executing quality management protocols
  • Fostering trusting relationships with families
  • Building networks with community partners and engaging with local stakeholders
  • Handling administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Degree in Pedagogy, Social Work, or a related discipline OR completed training as an Educator or Special Needs Educator
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a childcare environment
  • Robust pedagogical expertise
  • A genuine passion for Open Work principles and teamwork
  • Experience in team development and effective communication
  • Sound understanding of legal regulations
  • Knowledge of organizational management, quality assurance, and development processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
