Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at ADECCO. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our automotive projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project-specific APQ- responsible personnel from the central quality department to ensure seamless quality processes.
- Coordinate with customers to define and implement first-article inspection processes, including necessary testing and documentation in customer portals (VDA Bd.2/AIAG).
- Evaluate and establish special features.
- Contribute to the development of audit procedures and methods for product audits, including VDA Bd.2/AIAG documentation.
- Support the development of PFEMA and resulting production control plans, particularly in the pre-series phase.
- Define special inspections in the ramp-up phase of projects.
- Support customer and supplier complaints in the pre-series phase.
- Develop necessary QM documents.
- Provide regular reports and statistics on the task area to the CQ department leadership.
- Technical degree or higher with additional qualifications in quality management.
- Several years of experience in quality management from the automotive industry.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant methods and tools (APQP/QVP, PFEMA, MSA, 8D, PDCA).
- Knowledge of common automotive standards (ISO 9001, IATF, VDA).
- Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking.
