Position Overview

The role involves serving as a key liaison for project-specific APQ representatives from the central Quality department.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating initial sampling processes with clients and executing them, which includes organizing essential testing and documentation within customer portals (VDA Bd.2/AIAG).
• Assessing and outlining unique characteristics.
• Collaborating on the establishment of testing protocols and methodologies for product evaluations, along with the corresponding specification documents.
• Engaging in PFMEA and the development of production control plans derived from it, particularly during the pre-series phase.
• Determining specialized tests during the project ramp-up phase.
• Involvement in addressing customer/supplier complaints during the pre-series phase.
• Generating necessary Quality Management specification documents.
• Reporting and compiling statistics for the area management of Corporate Quality.

Qualifications

• A technical degree from a university, complemented by additional qualifications in Quality Management/Quality Assurance.
• Extensive professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of relevant methodologies and tools (APQP/QVP, PFMEA, MSA, 8D, PDCA).
• Familiarity with prevalent automotive standards (ISO 9001, IATF, VDA).
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
