About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT student to join our team in the Cars Operations department at Mercedes-Benz. As a student assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in the technical architecture of our product clusters within the PLUS production management and control system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cluster Architects and dynamic SCRUM teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Support the maintenance of agile project management tools, including JIRA and Confluence
  • Assist Cluster Architects in organizing appointments, preparing presentations, and moderating workshops
  • Coordinate and support tasks in various project phases, from planning to implementation and rollout
  • Maintain and further develop cross-product communication
Requirements
  • Currently studying for a Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in an IT-related field, such as business informatics, economics, or computer science
  • Previous experience in project work or PMO tasks, or a willingness to acquire this experience
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Confluence, or Jira
  • Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new topics and take initiative to drive project success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
