Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and engage in contract negotiations, ensuring a smooth process from initiation to completion. You will adeptly manage timelines and responses.
- Utilize our English-language contract templates to draft and customize agreements, collaborating with legal teams and various stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews and drafting, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Your inquiries and follow-ups will drive optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a vital liaison, advising and coordinating contract-related processes, while supporting colleagues in the »Audio and Media Technologies« division.
- A university degree in contract management, international business law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in contract management, particularly with English-language contracts, including terms and conditions, cooperation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Proficient in both German and English, with a strong command of legal terminology.
- Demonstrated teamwork abilities, independent work ethic, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
- Proactive in gathering information to streamline processes.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as MS Office 365; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
