Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team at PENNY. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our positions across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates for our company.
  • Conduct targeted searches on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn and XING, to identify potential candidates.
  • Source and select top candidates for our open positions, and coordinate interviews with our hiring managers.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our hiring managers on talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably with a focus on sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
