About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Talent Sourcing team at the REWE Group. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in the rollout of a diverse and exciting sourcing project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of our talent pool, including data entry and management.
  • Assist in the creation of job newsletters and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and operational sourcing activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our talents, handling correspondence and communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time study program in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
