About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our team at Manpower Personaldienstleistung GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of our logistics and building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and optimize maintenance and repair tasks on logistics and building systems
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations
  • Quickly resolve system failures, particularly on critical equipment
  • Ensure uninterrupted production readiness of machines and systems, as well as building technology
  • Manage external contractors
  • Procure and install replacement parts
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Mechatronics Engineer, Electrician, or Electronics Technician, or equivalent qualification
  • First-hand experience in troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), minimum C1 level
  • Availability to work in a 2-shift system
  • Driver's license and car ownership advantageous
