IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team at Acrontum GmbH. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing top-notch support to our clients and employees, and driving innovation in our technical operations.
Key Responsibilities- IT Infrastructure Management: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Client and Employee Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients and employees, addressing their technical queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- IT Data Security: Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data, implementing robust security measures to prevent breaches and cyber threats.
- Server and Network Support: Provide expert support for our Windows and Linux servers, as well as our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
- Equipment Management: Manage the procurement, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment, ensuring that our systems are always up-to-date and running efficiently.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Lead the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing downtime.
- IT Project Management: Plan, prepare, and implement internal IT projects, driving innovation and improvement in our technical operations.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Windows, Linux (Ubuntu) – both client and server systems administration, Active Directory (User, group management), Azure AD, and O365.
- Networking and Security: Working knowledge of Network Theory and experience in Network Practical (Layer 2- Layer 3) and Security Firewalling (Layer 4/Layer 7).
- Cloud Computing: Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Openstack, K8s).
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Very good English language skills.
