IT Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team at RIWA GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and providing top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the availability and performance of our IT infrastructure
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for our customers
  • Configure and support our infrastructure, including network, storage, and VMware
  • Collaborate with our team on IT projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and eliminate vulnerabilities in our infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Completed training or degree in IT or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT operations and infrastructure management
  • Knowledge of Windows servers, clients, and Linux
  • Network technology skills, including switch, ports, and firewalls
  • German language skills, minimum B2 level
  • Independent and structured work style, with excellent problem-solving skills
