Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Process Owner für unseren Standort in Sinsheim. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich für die Gesamtkoordination aller Business-Prozesse des Service-Bereiches.

Aufgaben
  • Steuerung der Abbildung der Geschäftsprozesse einschließlich der zugrundeliegenden Stammdaten
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse im SAP-Umfeld
  • Analyse der Anforderungen der Fachbereiche und Konzeption der Lösung mit allen Beteiligten
  • Planung und Begleitung der Umsetzung der Prozesse in allen Projektphasen
  • Abstimmung von Prozessen, Stammdaten und Schnittstellen innerhalb der Interroll Gruppe
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von SAP-Architekturen und Prozessen
  • Praktische Erfahrung in den Serviceprozessen rund um Ersatzteildistribution, Field Service und Reparaturen
  • Hohe konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeit gepaart mit sehr guter Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie interkulturelle Kompetenzen
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (max. 10%)
