Business Process Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Owner to join our team at Interroll Gruppe. As a Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of all business processes within the Service Department.
Key Responsibilities- Process Coordination: Oversee the coordination of all business processes within the Service Department, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Process Development: Develop and optimize business processes in the SAP environment, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements from various departments and develop solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Plan and execute process implementation projects across all project phases, ensuring adherence to the Interroll Management System.
- Process Alignment: Ensure alignment of processes, data, and interfaces within the Interroll Group.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience in designing SAP architectures and processes (SD/CS/MM/WM) and practical experience in service processes around spare part distribution, field service, and repairs.
- Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high-level communication and moderation skills.
- Language: Excellent English skills in writing and speaking, as well as intercultural competence.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
