In dieser Rolle wirst du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das Banken auf ihrem strategischen Weg unterstützt und sie auf zukünftige Herausforderungen vorbereitet. Wir suchen nach motivierten Talenten, die eine Begeisterung für die Komplexität des Bankmanagements mitbringen und ein Interesse an der Stabilität unseres Finanzsystems haben.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen die umfassende Beratung unserer Klienten – von der Erfassung der Anforderungen bis zur praktischen Umsetzung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf regulatorischen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie auf Veränderungen im Bereich Rechnungslegung und Unternehmensführung.

  • Finanz- und Controlling: Verbesserung finanzieller Abläufe, Einführung effektiver Controlling-Systeme, Analyse von Finanzdaten und Entwicklung individueller Lösungen im Bereich Finanz- und Controlling.
  • Risikomanagement: Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und -bewertungen, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Risikomanagement-Frameworks sowie Erstellung von Risikostrategien und -richtlinien.
  • Datenmanagement: Von KI über Datenmodellierung bis hin zu Datenverwaltung – du wirst in die Gestaltung und Implementierung von Zielbetriebsmodellen sowie in die Bewertung von Bankmanagementmethoden und -architekturen im Bereich Datenmanagement eingebunden sein.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium in einem wirtschaftlichen, rechtlichen oder technischen Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen (z.B. durch ein Praktikum) in einer Unternehmensberatung, in der Finanzbranche oder in einem FinTech-Unternehmen oder im Rahmen einer Ausbildung im Bankenbereich gesammelt.
  • Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse der Prozesse in der Bankenbranche und interessierst dich für die Auswirkungen des digitalen Wandels in der Finanzwelt.
  • Eine serviceorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches und strukturiertes Denken zählen zu deinen Stärken.
  • Um unsere Klienten vor Ort optimal zu beraten, bist du bereit, national und international zu reisen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse sind Teil deines Profils.
