Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our clients in optimizing their Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with various presales activities, workshops, and events, ensuring our customers receive expert guidance in SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the mapping of processes in Human Capital Management and Human Resources.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding SAP HCM, particularly in time management and payroll accounting.
  • Engage in presales activities and support workshops and events to enhance client understanding.
  • Maintain a low travel commitment, approximately 30%, to ensure work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Management, Computer Science, or Personnel Management, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience as a SAP HCM Consultant, Application Support Consultant, or in a senior HR role with SAP expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, specifically in time management (PT) and payroll accounting (PY).
  • Proven experience in managing SAP HCM projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to understand complex relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
