Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our clients in optimizing their Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' HR operations through expert guidance and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in aligning their HR processes with SAP HCM functionalities.
  • Participate in presales activities and facilitate workshops and events to showcase our solutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding SAP HCM, particularly in time management and payroll accounting.
  • Travel requirements are minimal, approximately 30%.
  • Enjoy a comprehensive company car policy and access to extensive training programs.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Management, Computer Science, or Personnel Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience as a SAP HCM Consultant, Application Support Consultant, or HR department head with SAP expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, specifically in time management (PT) and payroll accounting (PY).
  • Proven experience in managing SAP HCM projects.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to understand complex interrelations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
  • Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
