About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at neomovie, a leading explainer video agency in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
