Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, e-commerce requirements, and target audience. Provide expert advice and recommendations on e-commerce strategies, platforms, and solutions.
• Platform Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Magento and Shopify platforms to design and implement e-commerce solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic sources, and sales data. Use insights to identify opportunities for optimization, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth.
• Client Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on e-commerce platform usage, best practices, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Magento and Shopify platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools.
• Experience in conducting workshops.
• Advanced German language proficiency.
• Intermediate English language proficiency.
