Quality Manager for Marine Service

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our Marine Service team at Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our marine projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality plans according to ISO 10005/10006, including ITP support and quality assurance activities in projects.
  • Provide support to project teams on quality aspects of FAT, RFP/contract analysis, and related laws/norms/standards.
  • Supervise and review product safety tasks, EU/TR-Declaration of Conformity, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support achievement checks, Quality Gate methodology, Lessons Learned methodology, and Information Loop.
  • Plan and implement project audits when requested by the project team or customer.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in engineering studies or several years of professional experience in engineering with training in quality management.
  • Professional experience in project management of large-scale industrial plants, offshore or marine projects.
  • Professional experience in quality management and project management with a strong quality focus.
  • Practical experience in a project-driven, technically sophisticated environment.
  • Business fluent in English and German.
