Your Role:

As a Market Leader / Store Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of your store. You will lead a team of employees and be responsible for the sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store's daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to improve store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Manage store budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
