Integration Product Manager

As a leading aggregator of travel inventory, Clear Ventures collaborates with over 1000 suppliers across 35 countries in Europe and North America. With our two prominent brands, we engage over 600 million users annually, continuously expanding into new markets, verticals, and product offerings. Our dynamic team operates from multiple locations, fostering a collaborative environment.
Role OverviewThe Integration Product Manager will be instrumental in shaping our supply strategy.
This position presents a unique opportunity to establish processes, tools, and services aimed at enhancing the supply offerings available to our customers. A strong customer-focused approach combined with commercial insight is essential for driving excellence in collaboration with our engineering teams. This role will report directly to the Tribe Product Lead.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe specific duties for this role include:
- Develop and oversee the roadmap for our key suppliers, integrating commercial, technical, and product tribe requirements.
- Define, assess, and track metrics that gauge the success of our supply offerings, taking ownership of necessary improvements.
- Assist in creating processes, tools, and services to enhance our supply capabilities.
- Foster a data-driven culture where roadmap prioritization and processes are guided by key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the product backlog for a team of skilled developers.
- Collaborate across various functions including Commercial, Customer Support, Marketing, and Engineering.
A typical Product Manager at Clear Ventures will:
- Guide and oversee product development, collaborating with experienced engineers and designers.
- Define and evaluate metrics that indicate the success of our products.
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams within Clear Ventures.
- Establish a unified vision throughout the organization, ensuring product development aligns with our unique selling proposition (USP).
Candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- A strong analytical mindset, utilizing data and research to prioritize roadmaps and processes.
- A proven history of ownership, delivering results, and swiftly implementing ideas in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Experience working with APIs, with a solid understanding of their design and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating product perspectives across various functions.
- A foundational understanding of back-end processes related to inventory delivery.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
