Our diverse team, based in multiple locations, comprises over 350 passionate professionals from more than 45 countries, all united by a common goal: to create a comprehensive tool that enables travelers to reach their destinations effortlessly.
Role Overview
The Integration Product Manager will be instrumental in shaping our supply strategy.
This position presents a unique opportunity to enhance processes, tools, and services that optimize the supply chain for our customers. A successful candidate will possess a strong customer-focused mindset combined with commercial insight, ensuring excellence in collaboration with our engineering teams. This role will report directly to the Tribe Product Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the roadmap for major suppliers, integrating commercial, technical, and product tribe requirements.
- Establish, evaluate, and track metrics that measure the success of our supply offerings, taking ownership of their improvement.
- Contribute to the development of processes, tools, and services aimed at enhancing our supply capabilities.
- Foster a data-driven culture where roadmap prioritization and processes are informed by key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the product backlog for a team of skilled developers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Commercial, Customer Support, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Typical Responsibilities of a Product Manager at Clear Ventures
- Guide and oversee product development, working closely with experienced engineers and designers.
- Define and assess metrics that indicate the success of our products.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration across various teams within Clear Ventures.
- Establish a unified vision across the organization, ensuring that product development aligns with our unique selling proposition (USP).
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- A strong analytical mindset, utilizing data and research to prioritize initiatives and processes.
- A proven track record of ownership, delivering results, and rapidly implementing ideas in a dynamic tech environment.
- Experience working with APIs, with a solid understanding of their design and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating product perspectives across various functions.
- A foundational understanding of backend processes related to inventory management.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
