About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our Development Platform team at R+V General Insurance AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Development Platform solutions using GitLab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to build and enhance Development Platform solutions.
  • Design system integrations and infrastructures for On-Premises and Azure-Cloud environments.
  • Analyze and optimize existing solutions while adhering to IT security and governance guidelines.
  • Provide guidance to DevSecOps teams and contribute to IT-wide decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent experience in System Architecture.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD (GitLab), Cloud (Azure), and networking technologies.
  • Familiar with IT security standards and implementation of security concepts.
  • Proficient in both German and English (at least C1 level).
