About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our team at R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG. As a System Architect for Development Platforms, you will play a key role in designing and implementing development platforms for our DevSecOps teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement development platforms on GitLab for our DevSecOps teams, including analysis, consulting, and conception.
- Develop and maintain system integration and infrastructure for on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
- Analyze and optimize existing solutions and contribute to the architecture roadmap, ensuring compliance with IT security and governance guidelines.
- Provide expert advice to our DevSecOps teams and make informed decisions on IT-wide matters.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, such as AI in software development and regulatory compliance (DORA), and apply this knowledge to shape our IT landscape.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in system architecture.
- Expertise in DevSecOps practices in agile environments, as well as technologies such as CI/CD (GitLab), cloud (Azure), and network topologies.
- Familiarity with IT security standards and experience in implementing IT security concepts.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minimum C1 level).
