Geotechnical Project Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Engineer to join our team at Arcadis in Germany. As a key member of our geotechnical consulting team, you will play a crucial role in conducting soil investigations for large-scale energy transition projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement field and laboratory testing programs to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Monitor and oversee subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive geotechnical investigation reports to inform project decisions.
  • Provide technical construction supervision to ensure projects are executed in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Geosciences with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Previous experience in geotechnical consulting, preferably in the energy transition sector.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel within Germany and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Additional certifications, such as SiGeKo, are a plus.
